I hope so! If not, please let me introduce her.
Haylee Shifflett was born and raised in Baltimore, MD. After graduating from Towson University in 2008 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Visual Communications, she began working full-time in the service industry to fund the curation of her local photography exhibits.
In May 2010, a wedding photography job took her to Savannah, GA, where she met her (now) fiancé. He was attending college in the East Bay at the time, and she gladly joined him in sunny California, relocating there permanently the following month. While continuing to work in the service industry, she began spending more and more time on the road up and down the 101, discovering a new passion for travel photography.
In 2013, she hung up her apron, ready for something new, whatever that may be. A chance viewing of a Craigslist ad for a position with an Organizing, Staging and Relocating company in San Francisco permanently changed her professional trajectory. Having always enjoyed decorating and organizing her own home in a functional and aesthetically pleasing manner, this new position with Peggy Hughes Associates allowed her to truly dive into this passion, while also travel all along the East Bay. She discovered working with chronically disorganized individuals to be the most personally rewarding.
In 2014 she relocated to Seattle, where she gained employment with a professional cleaning company, April Lane’s Home Cleaning. Then in 2015, while sad to see the Pacific in her rear-view mirror, she moved back to Baltimore. She spent 2015 assisting at her family-owned auto recycling company, while searching for that perfect job that combined her skills in cleaning and organizing with her eye for detail and desire to help others.
Haylee Shifflett Joins Sappari Solutions
That perfect position came in late 2015, when she again came upon a Craigslist ad by chance, for a position with Sappari Solutions. In addition to her passion for organizing, Haylee continues to explore her photography and travel as much as possible. Her newest project, and perhaps greatest passion, is in donating to those in need. She is in the process of creating her own charity, “Haylee’s Haven,” which will focus on direct-donations and a harm-reduction service for those afflicted with addiction, as well as women’s issues and the equality of all. In addition to running this charity, Haylee hopes to some day work for a travel photography company, or perhaps develop her own.
If you have a project you would like Haylee’s help in completing, she’d love to hear from you! You can call 443-904-5412 today or contact us here.
